Thank you for choosing ATE Financial Services, LLC for your tax preparation needs. This engagement outlines the terms of our services, responsibilities, and expectations.
Scope of Services:
We will prepare your federal and state income tax returns based on the information you provide. Additional services such as prior-year returns, audit support, or tax planning are billed separately.
Fees and Payment Terms:
You will receive a quote before services begin. Payment options include: 1) Upfront (Zelle, Cash, Card), 2) Refund Transfer, or 3) Refund Advance (if approved). If your refund is delayed, offset, or denied, you are still responsible for payment. Late fees may apply after 7 days.
Client Responsibilities:
You agree to provide complete and accurate information, respond promptly, and notify us of any changes. We do not verify information unless agreed in writing.
Record Retention:
We retain your records for 3 years. You are responsible for keeping your own copies. Additional requests for forms may be subject to a $25 processing fee.
Acknowledgment:
By signing above, you authorize us to prepare and file your tax returns and agree to the terms outlined.
